This report outlines the results from independent research H&H carried out in 2018 to understand the impact of internal communication on employees’ wellbeing and engagement.
The research – which explores the perceptions of over 500 employees across the UK – shows definitive evidence that good organisational communication impacts employee engagement and wellbeing, as well as the perceived performance of an organisation’s bottom line.
