A table full of keen H&Hers slipped on their glad rags and ventured down to the capital for the Employee Engagement Awards at the iconic Troxy venue. All in the name of celebrating the phenomenal work companies across the UK and Europe have put into employee engagement initiatives over the past 12 months.
The evening was filled with the finest of fizz, fabulous food and toe-tapping, foot stamping fun.
And we can certainly say it was a night of success, with the lights shining on the H&H table as the Best Consultancy award was announced.
Matt Manners, Founder and CEO of the Employee Engagement Awards, says:
This year the entries really have proven the transformational value that focusing on the employee experience can deliver. Truly inspiring.
One of our main themes of the evening was the importance of empowering people to perform by giving them that sense of purpose and inspiration to deliver for their customers and colleagues alike.”
As you can imagine, we’re beaming with pride at H&H towers this week, and feel extremely honoured to be named as the best in the business.
But of course, winning awards isn’t about having a toot on your own trumpet (even if it does feel good).
It’s about getting the validation from peers in the industry that the work we do is making a real, impactful difference to the employee experience.
Our Managing Director Helen Bissett said:
Winning the Employee Engagement Awards isn’t just about celebrating the efforts and achievements of the team.
It’s also about getting the validation from peers in the industry that the work we do is making a real, impactful difference to the employee experience.
It’s so exciting knowing that what we’re doing is helping people feel happier and more fulfilled at work.”
The Employee Engagement Award trophy will sit proudly amongst our other highly coveted awards like the Best Agency wins from previous years’ industry awards, as well as the glinting Communication and Change Programmes awards we’ve picked up over the years in partnership with our clients.
