I bring my love of exercise and wellness to the team, helping promote wellbeing, team spirit and organisation in the world of H&H. Up a mountain in the dark or skydiving might be somewhere you’ll find me – taking part in charity challenges and I’ll use my Mighty Mouse-ness to rally the H&Hers to get involved too! I’m also a big animal lover and mum to a rescue dove called Joey. Yes, you read that right, a Dove.

I love it when a creative idea gains traction – from that initial seed, through to a fully flourished campaign. I think of creativity as a muscle that needs to be worked, and inspiration can come from anywhere. As Maya Angelou, author and activist, once said; ‘You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.’
