Millicom’s need

To communicate the new codes of conduct and position the new Internal Control function as “expert helpers” rather than “secret police”. The ambition was that employees would actively engage with the IC team, building dialogue, conversation and productive feedback around ethical behaviours.

Our approach

We created Millie – a fictional animated character who became the professional face and voice of the Internal Control function. She made it easier for employees to relax, engage and ask questions.

The outcomes

Thanks to Millie, Millicom’s Internal Control team were able to successfully share information and demonstrate that they were listening and responding to feedback from employees.
