Our approach

Due to diverse educational backgrounds we had to keep it simple, so we made it primarily visual and experiential. We started with the strategic narrative – the story behind the three ‘enablers’ – and linked how these combined to achieve the growth goals. Managers shaped the strategy conversation through CEO-led events and then took part in a series of experiential events to test the approach.

‘I am clear on our strategy’ – 100% ‘agree’ increase

‘I am confident about the company direction’ – 67% increase to 91%
