An ambitious growth plan to double organisational turnover required employees to have a shared understanding. They needed to engage them to adopt new ways of working, improve performance and be clear on the role they play.
Due to diverse educational backgrounds we had to keep it simple, so we made it primarily visual and experiential. We started with the strategic narrative – the story behind the three ‘enablers’ – and linked how these combined to achieve the growth goals. Managers shaped the strategy conversation through CEO-led events and then took part in a series of experiential events to test the approach.
