AMC’s need

Following the merger of multiple companies AMC introduced a new employee development plan. They needed to share this framework and make sure everyone was aware of the organisational changes.

A strong concept developed around the 5 success factors embedded awareness and provided the foundations for explaining the changes. The strong visual framework provided continuity across the multiple languages.
