Communicating a new employee development initiative
Following the merger of multiple companies, AMC introduced a new employee development plan. They needed to share this framework and make sure everyone was aware of the organisational changes.
Making it happen
A strong concept developed around the 5 success factors embedded awareness and provided the foundations for explaining the changes. The powerful visual framework provided continuity across the multiple languages.
The performance development plan was well-received by employees and its 5 success factors still form the basis of all performance reviews.
