Our brief:

Arco needed to update its employees on the company's progress against its six strategic pillars. We created The Arco Show – a bespoke Employee TV programme, using a combination of studio interviews with senior managers, "action footage" and employee Vox Pops to create a compelling magazine-style programme.

Bill's story

Our brief:

Our brief: KCOM CEO Bill Halbert wanted to make his strategic messages more accessible and exciting for his employees.

We create a visually rich interactive landscape with embedded videos – encouraging employees to explore and discover for themselves, at their own pace. Employees could explore the entire company strategy in bite-sized chunks of information, creating a compelling yet cost-effective CEO message with true cut-through.

Tigo Smile campaign

Our brief:

International Telecoms giant Millicom needed to engage its employees across the world with their new brand identity and customer campaign: "Smile, You've Got Tigo".

Our "Smile, We Are Tigo" campaign celebrated the difference Tigo employees make to their customers every day, and invited them to share their happiest Tigo moments via their mobile phones. Winning entries from the campaign will be the stars of the next phase of the engagement project – and may even feature in future consumer comms.

Our brief:

Kcom needed to engage their employees with a major and potentially disruptive change programme – explaining the long-term benefits to everyone in the company.

We combined a simple, engaging analogy with quirky visuals to create a compelling animation design that showcased the "Better Way" campaign and provided a visual direction for all future "Better Way" comms.

The "OK. It starts with me" campaign used a coaching-workshop format to engage KCOM Group employees with the practical actions they could take to help KCOM Group fulfil its vision.

Supported with distinctive and memorable internal communications, "OK. It starts with me" continues to roll out across KCOM Group, and is inspiring genuine and lasting cultural change.
